Main structure of LM series Vertical Roller Mill:
main structures of LM series Vertical Roller Mill are including the classifier ,roller ,plate,pressure ,reducer,motor,shell equipement and so on.The seperator is a kind of high-efficient and energy-saving equipement .And the roller is a kind of spare parts used to grind and crush the materials .The plate is installed on the output axis of the reducer ,which is the place the materials is crushed by the roller.And the pressure equipment is a kind of spare parts providing the pressure to the grinding roller ,thus crushing the materials .
Working principle of LM series Vertical Roller Mill:
During the operation,the motor wil drive the plate to rotate by the reducer and then the materials will fall down on the central place of the plate from the inlet by the qir-locking feeder .While at the same time ,the hot air will enter the grinder from the air inlet.With the rotation of the plate ,the materials will move to the edge of the plate by the centrigugal force and the materials will received the pressure from the roller and be crushed when it passes the circle ring sink on the plate.The crushed materials will be brought away by the high speed air and the big size will fall down on the plate and be reginded .And the coarse powder will fall down from the cone hopper and then repeat this kind of process when materials in the air stream passes the upper seperator by the effect of the rotors.And during the process ,the fine powder will flow out with the air stream .By the dust catcher ,the final products will be collected .The materials with moisture will be dry when it contact with the hot air stream.By adjusting the temperature of the hot air,we can satisfy materials with various moisture degree ,thus achieving the required products moisture.By the seperator ,we can also achieve the required coarse and fine degree of the products .
Application of the Vertical Roller Mill:
It is mainly suitable to crush the medium hard materials with the crushing pressure of less than 170MPa,and surface moisture of less than 8%.And it is very suitable to crush some brittle materials such as cement clinker, limestone, gypsum, coal gangue, slag, iron ore in the cement field .
Working process of the Vertical Roller Mill:
in the inner face of the Vertical Roller Mill, the high-pressure spring with more than 1000-1500 kilograms pressure have been fastened on the roller hangers. And during the operation, the grinding roller will rotate with the main axis and rotate next to the grinding ring under the high-pressure spring and eccentric force. And the pressure is higher 1.2 times over than the Raymond mill under the same dynamic conditions so that the production have been greatly improved .And when the grinding materials enter the cavity, the shovel will transmit them in to the space between the roller and rings to receive the grinding .And after the grinding ,the powder will be brought to the analyzer along with the circular airway of the air blower .And the standard fine powder will enter the cyclone classifier with the airstream to become the final products .While the large particle size materials will fall down to receive the regrinding .And then the circular wind will return to the blower to repeat the above process and then the after wind will enter the bag dust-catcher to receive the purifying .And when the roller and the ring have received certain grinding degree ,we can adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to maintain the stable grinding pressure between the roller and ring ,which can ensure the stable production.
